Please wear appropriate clothing to assess the area of concern
Any relevant imaging (eg Xrays, MRIs),
Any relevant information from your General Practitioner (GP) or other Allied health care providers that will help us better understand what your needs are.
For NDIS participants a copy of your NDIS plan goals is helpful to provide interventions to achieve these goals.

No referral is required for initial consultation however certain funding types do need a referral. Please check when making your appointment.

Yes, the NDIS covers Physiotherapy when deemed reasonable and necessary.
Physio falls under the NDIS ‘Capacity Building’ support budget in the ‘Improved Health and Wellbeing’ and/or ‘Improved Daily Living’ categories.

Yes, we do see clients under My Aged Care who have their packages managed by a Provider. If you would like to see us, we will organise a Service Agreement with your plan manager and bill them directly under your My Aged Care Package.
